Sierra Lee-Brenner is a licensed mental health counselor and a board certified registered art therapist. She maintains a private practice in downtown Seattle and on Bainrbidge Island, WA. As a private practitioner, she works with a broad spectrum of clients. The areas of her deepening understanding are grief & loss, cancer, depression, anxiety, motherhood and multiculturalism in families.
As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, Sierra offers a nourishing, therapeutic relational space for her clients to safely explore, examine, and to address their personal life challenges. Psychotherapy, she believes, is a devotional practice to discover, to re-member, and to affirm the beautiful, mosaic qualities present in each individual. Art-making, expressive writing, myths/fairytales, and dreams are some of the therapeutic modalities Sierra specializes in. In a safe environment, clients are invited to nourish their creative capacity to experience their wholeness that contains the two opposing polarities of the dark, the light and everything else in between. She strives to assist clients to attain their personal growth they are committed to accomplishing by honoring their strengths and struggles with sacred attention and compassion.
